Travel Fees

For venues located more than 70 miles from our base, a fuel charge of £0.45 per mile applies to the excess mileage beyond this limit. Travel within 70 miles is included in the package price, with no additional charges.

Performance Requirements

• Set-up and Pack-down Time: We require approximately 60 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack our equipment away. This time must be factored into venue access.
• Power Supply: A safe and reliable power source must be available.
• Performance Area: A sheltered, dry, and level space is required for outdoor performances to protect instruments and equipment.

Payment and Booking

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. This payment must be made via bank transfer. An invoice for the deposit will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking.
• Balance: The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer before the performance begins. An invoice for the balance will be issued and sent to you in advance of the event.

Bank details for both payments will be provided with the respective invoices. Please ensure that both payments are made promptly to secure your booking.

Venue and Logistics

• Parking and Access: The client is responsible for ensuring parking and easy load-in and out access to the performance area.
• Noise Restrictions: If the venue has sound limiters or volume restrictions, please inform us in advance.

Health and Safety

We cannot perform outdoors in heavy rain or extreme heat. Please ensure that a suitable backup location is provided in case of unexpected weather during the event.

Hospitality Requirements

For bookings exceeding four hours, please ensure that performers are well-fed. A well-fed musician leads to a much better set! Please provide a hot meal for each performer. If this is not possible, a suitable monetary allowance must be provided to cover the cost of a meal elsewhere.
