Travel Fees

Travel within 70 miles of our base is included in the quoted package price. For venues located more than 70 miles away, a fuel charge of £0.45 per mile will apply to the excess mileage only.

Performance Requirements

• Set-up time: Please allow approximately 60 minutes for set-up.
• Pack-down time: Please allow approximately 30 minutes for pack-down.
• Power supply: A safe and reliable power source must be available where required.
• Performance area: For outdoor performances, a sheltered, dry, and level area must be provided to protect instruments and equipment.

Payment and Booking

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
• Payment method: All payments must be made by bank transfer.
• Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the performance begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Invoices: A deposit invoice and final balance invoice will be issued in advance. Bank details will be included on each invoice.

Venue and Logistics

• Parking and access: The client is responsible for ensuring suitable parking and reasonable load-in and load-out access to the performance area.
• Noise restrictions: Any sound limiter, volume restriction, curfew, or venue-specific rule must be communicated in advance.

Health and Safety

We are unable to perform outdoors in heavy rain or extreme heat. Where an outdoor performance is planned, the client must ensure that a suitable indoor or covered backup option is available in the event of adverse weather.

Hospitality

For bookings lasting more than four hours, suitable hospitality must be provided. This should normally include a hot meal for each performer. If this is not possible, a reasonable meal allowance must be provided instead.
